This is where I'm at with my weight loss. I jumped on the elliptical for 45 minutes yesterday then did some leg lifts, sit ups and a few push ups.
Today I will be going to the gym and I'll be doing my weights and cardio. Troy took a picture of me lastnight I plan on posting it once I have a second one to compare a before and after. But that picture he took of me gave me all the motivation I need to kick the bucket and not go into this half ass. I was working out and felt like a champ, but 20 minutes cardio and weights was just a warm up...I'm in it for the goal!
So drinking more water and green tea. hoping that 45 min will be my ticket to achieving my goal of losing my 40 some pounds.
