Today is a new day! Lastnight I did my 30 minutes on the elliptical. Woke up this morning, had a protein shake and packed my lunch. My plan of action, I will do my cardio at home and weights at work. I can do this! my goal is to be at my ideal weight by the time my birthday rolls around. That will give me 6 months! I can do this! I can do this, I can do this!!! I don't usually do protein shakes, but my brother had bought it and didn't like it. I figured I could use it, so I snatched it up! It was pretty disgusting, but I took it down like a champ. I am hoping to get some blueberrie and almond milk to help with the taste a little.
My thoughts with the protein shakes is I can use it for my breakfast and then that way I will not be tempted to buy my breakfast at work. it's 10:16am right now and I am not feeling the urge to munch, so that is a good sign that having the shake in the morning will curb my need to pig out, as well I can save money.
I am happy that I am not giving up on my weight loss no matter how many times I fail at sticking to my diet / new lifestyle. I know the idea is to not fail continuously time and time again..but to find an ounce of go go juice after failing so many times is a bit of a miracle...a pat on the back type of deal- I figure as long as I have breath I have the opportunity to change. This time I plan on sticking to it! Feel free to post words of encouragement!

Got back from the gym, did some weights and had a nice long shower! I opened my gym bag and my soap was opened and oozing all over the bottom of my bag. Half of the cardio machines were out of order so I'm lucky that I didn't have to wait around for a machine to start my workout- the weights were there waiting for me. Looks like my choice to to cardio at home couldn't have come at a better time!!
I posted this in an earlier post, but I felt it was worth bringing back for a review: ENJOY!
