My arms workout

Dear Arms,
You will look good in a strapless!


My parents always told me that free weights are better than machines because you have better range with your body. So I found this workout. Today I will be doing this workout for my arms. What workout do you do for your arms? If you have links or tricks please comment or send me an email. With my new plan of action (day 2) I will be doing legs on Monday (check), arms on Tuesday, Wednesday I will do a light legs and an extended cardio then Thursday legs and Friday arms. For weekends I have a resistant band so I plan on looking for some good workouts to incorporate for my weekend. let me know if you follow certain band exercises, I will post it in my blog.
